No AOR

Hello!

I would like to ask if is it normal to get an email indicating the application is in progress while at the same time no AOR received.

If it's not normal, how can I ask for the AOR?

I would like to track the citizenship application but it requires both UCI and the application number which I believe can be found on AOR.

You would have received AOR email before this. If you sure you did not get one, call IRCC and they will share the application no.

Yes I am pretty sure we did not received one. We will call IRCC then within the week.
