Did the bank tell you that the draft was not cashed? Did you representative provide an email address to be contacted with by CIC? Checked the spam folder recently?

I called bank today and they said it still outstanding means no money enchased yet . And I called to my representative and he said just wait because he didn't get any email ( he provide his email address on form )

Sorry, but why would you use a representative to do this instead of submitting all the paperwork by yourself as everyone else here? (well, the majority). Maybe I'm wrong but I see these people as potential scammers. I would suggest you to drop an email to CIC asking about your case (do it by yourself, no representative in the middle).

Are you sure it was filed? Maybe you are waiting for nothing?!
June 2014 applicants with incomplete docs have already received their returned application and most of May applicants have received their AOR too.

I believe you need to ask your representative for a proof of submission.

Hi

Did you sign a use of representative form? If so then they should be the representatives registration number on it.

Is the person part of a registered law firm or someone trading on their own?

Finally where did you find the representative?

Thx

So last time i went to my representative on April 24, 2014 to complete my application and he said he gonna send it tomorrow i.e. April 25, 2014.
it was Friday on that day so i called them on Monday and asked did u guys sent my file and they said YES and i was like can i get tracking number or something and his assistant said oh u suppose to tell us before because we send files in bulk through courier and we have to ask for that number but dont worry you file gonna be dere within 2 days so i was like Ok.

I went to this representative because one of my frnd went to this guy and he get AOR within 2 weeks. and yes he is authorized member.

Thanks

Yes i did sign on all the forms where i suppose to do and yes he is authorized member and one of my frnd file his application through same immigration lawyer and he got his AOR within 2 weeks

AOR "within two weeks"? That sounds like a mistake. In any case, representatives cannot get your application processed faster.

But two months is a lot longer than the current trend - you should have either an AOR or your application package back by now. I'm wondering whether your representative made a mistake in the original application, and has had to resubmit it?

Hey LPS,

I do agree with you that representative can help in fast processing but my frnd got AOR from same guy so i felt like he seems to be known representative.

But I really don't have any idea if he get my file back because of any reason and re submit it back because he didnt ask me anything since he applied the file.

I already sent an email CIC about my application status almost 11 days before and lets see what they reply me :)

Thanks
