my parents applied for super visa on October 27, 2017. medical was done and submitted on time and status shows that medical had been passed. But then after no any response yet. As status shows that they were reviewing the requirements. my parents suppose to get an email to send passport for visa but yet not got any response. Status shows , in process only. It has been already already three months.How long should they wait ?
