Hello,

I got my Work Permit Visa approved.
Also, I've applied for Open Work Permit Visa for my wife and it is not approved.
I don't get any proper reason for the rejection.

Now, I've few questions:
1. Whether I can apply for dependent Visa immediately? The OWP visa is rejected a week ago.

2. Still I don't travel on my approved Work Permit, is that possible to apply for dependent visa now?

3. Will I get refund for the rejected Open Work permit visa fee?

Could anyone please advise.
