I want to known if i'm eligible under pnp to apply my pr i'm working since june 2013 as kitchen helper in Newfoundland and Labrador .my question is can I apply as cook after 1 year work experience as kitchen helper with more than 40 hours in week . my Employer told me he can change my category kitchen helper to cook so if I'm apply as cook how much time I need to wait after I'll have change my category or maybe I can apply immediately once change the category that is one year time . my last question is need any language proficiency if I apply as cook under pnp?
