NIIT certificate WES evaluation

Could you please help me out?
I have a DNIIT certificate. I live in Ottawa I don't know how can I seal my certificate for WES or how to make contact with NIIT to prove my certificate by email and send it to WES.

My Bachelor Degree was a dual certification course. I have completed my 1st & 2nd semesters from NIIT. Then i got lateral entry in Kuvempu University, Karnataka for my rest semesters. Here i completed my 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th semesters. Nowadays, i m looking for WES evaluation done. But i am not sure whether WES will evaluate my Bachelor degree credential or not after processing?

Basically, I have to send two seprete sealed transcripts to WES for single a Bachelor Degree. Will they accept it?

If someone has any idea or experience please let me aware.

You can't seal the degrees. You have to consult your insitute, they need to post a sealed envelope of your credentials to WES directly.
