Congrats reddish, wao! that was really fast. It took just 20 days from your medicals to PPR.

I have always found all the posts exceptionally helpful, and sometimes hilarious.

I am post June 2010, applied last year August and have just concluded my medicals. I am now waiting for Accra to honor me with a PPR

Congratulations Reddish. To avoid problem or delay with the issuarance of your Pr card when you land, make sure your passport photography is accordingly to "Accra Photo specifications''. Though many did according to specifications, but when we got here, some of the passport photos were rejected despite it was snaped by the same photographer. ( Rejection was not at POE but you will come to know about this after 8 weeks of waiting) Few of the landed immigrants escape this, many are still waiting for their PR card and appointment to visit CIC to re-take another photo for the past few months.
If you have immediate travel plan to Naija after you land make sure the photo specification is right so that you can travel with your pr card. Note that if all is ok, you will recieve your Pr card within 8 weeks from the date of your landing and if not you join the queue.

Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!! Accra is now flying so we are going to see alot of goodies the month of August or how do we explain a situation where medical exam done 11th July sent 14th July and PPR 27th July.

Its really super fast, we (myself, wifey and kid) did ours in Asuju clinic and it was sent out the fourth day.
