I am under sponsorship, my wife is sponsoring us and her applications are being processed concurrently with ours but our files has been transfered to AVO since August 1,2014 for background check and MR.

Please how long will it take before the MR?

Hi, for this cousin, you will need his/her parent's birth certificate as well as that for your parent. If the names of their common parent (your grand parent), for instance, their father or mother is on both birth certificates, it can serve as proof of relationship. As to your earlier question of you using affidavit to show relationship, that is not accepted. Cheers.

U don't need to. So long u don't have any other additional dependants. But follow the checklists if the form is also meant for ur spouse and she has additional dependants u might wanna fill it. It's ur choice n call.

she did only one medicals and only one police cert. she used a lawyer who advised her not to until her MR was sent. it came last year November 2013, PPR 2013 AND visa issued in May 2014.
