Please I need to clarify if one need to include transcript and cert with fsw application with d eca report.
Can I put a photocopy of my account statement and reference letter.

Yes you should include transcript and certificate,it 's on the check list. Account statement and reference letter should be original, was also stated in the check list!

You can put either the transcript or degree certficate along with the ECA. You can include both if you have them.

You have to include the original account statement, not a copy to the best of my knowledge. Same goes for your employment reference letters which are addressed to CIC.
