Hello House, I need your advice.......my PPR letter reads: The visa(s) will be valid until the expiry of your medical results on the 22nd of January, 2013 or until the expiry of your passports, whichever is earliest.

The date of the expiry of my medical results should be on the 22nd of January, 2014 and not on the 22nd of January, 2013 as stated in the email sent to me. I intend collecting my visa at the canadian high commission in accra on thursday the 22nd August 2013. Do you think i should proceed and when I get to accra notify them of the typo error and hope they make amends when the visa is issued? or do I just send them an email and hope they reply me soonest..............reason being that I am working with time. After thursday the 22nd of August 2013, I may not be chanced to go to accra again. Your swift response/advice will be highly appreciated.

It is not a typo error. That was what they wrote on my PPR last week . They said it will expire on the 17 of May 2013. I wrote them but they did not reply. When I went for my visa yesterday, I did not even remember to show them, and by the time my visa came out, they put 14th of April 2014.
There is really nothing to worry about. Just migrate to Accra as planned.

..................I think PR visas are issued only on Mondays or did your mail state otherwise

I suggest you send them a mail,also confirm the days for visa collection
