Student applicant do under-go medical examination, so you have to wait for them to get back on your medical examination

Midas, you can apply through GTB, First Bank or in deed any other Bank. You need to have a dom account or have someone who has help you process it. The beauty of using GTB is that they can issue both USD and Canadian $. If you get it issued in Canadian $, that will save you a few dollars as the USD is presently stronger than Can.
