@ Biolah,pls I wuld like to know how u made ur payment and if u neva experiencd payment failure as such sending anoda.If you did kindly let me know how long it took to debit ur source of paymnt.Thanx in advance.

I also encountered similar problem as yours,bcos my card was also refused in the 1st instance, however, i was able to rectify the problem and my Card was subsequently charged after 9months of Submission of my application,although i was allocated File Number 4 month after receipt of my package. Finally, endeavor to contact your Banker to know whether your CC have been activated bcos that was the problem i faced when the initial payment was refused.

Yes, you are right,I completed new Credit Card form with a Covering note explaining why the paymt was refused in the 1st instance and mail it to BIQ.On the other hand i was only given one file & Ref. Nos. Merci, mon amis et j'aime votre soir,monsiuer
