Re: proof of funds

hello Seglad
thanks for responding. i was really hoping you would comment.i understand your point though i was hoping it will be a more positive response.i really do not have any options as i will not want to start funding my account now as that will look suspicious.I am trusting on God's backing that what ever i send will be accepted.

Do the property evaluation and put whatever you can put into the account for now. Your property evaluation must be sent with a cover letter expalaining why and that, you are ready to sell your property when the visa is issued.

SCANDAL! SCANDAL !
SCANDAL!
SHOULD PA'S RIGHT AND NAIJA PIKIN CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THEIR TITLES. IF BOTH REFUSE TO TENDER APOLOGY TO THE PA'S. THIS IS AN OPINION POLL, WE NEED YOUR VOTE. SHOULD WE STRIP THEM FROM ALL THOSE TITLES TO HAVE RIDICULED OTHER PA's.
First a big congratulations to both ODIONWELE in da house seglad & oloye on their new arrivals.
I'll vote NEGATIVE because i believe they are both retired BUT NOT TIRED and willing to lace their jack boots once the situations changes or how do you explain the way their eyes dey shine AYANYAN anytime they see spokes???

she might be the only one who can call them back from their retirement. That explain the reason why their eye dey blink anytime they see spokes. Now, no spokes for Right neither Naija pikin, they are now deviated from the spokes spotlines. Atleast spokes will be at rest as two of them don retired.

@Reeedish, Look at this equation
Retirment =double tiredness=single tiredness= (Zero malfunctioning) This means they are not only retired by also tired

Bros take it easy with him, the guy just came new if you ask too many questions he will take off, besides they are very busy there hence you have to consider the frequency of the questions time is a scarce resource particularly when you are abroad. No hard feelings

Seglad/Oloye

This is indeed a pleasant coincidence, hearty congratulations may the lord preserve the new arrivals and the entire household. Thanks also for the expo you gave us we shall remember it when the time come.

@Ig
My sister how you day and how is the holiday going or should i say how is the money going because holiday involves spending money. Anyway we would not keep our life at a standstill hence whether Accra is slow or fast we must move on with our life

@Spokes/Lolo how are you guys doing? have you heard from that madam? the one that is a nurse i can't readily remember her name but i have not seen her post in a long while. My regards

hello,

i am new and will please need your advice with regards to proof of funds.i just received a mail from cic accra visa office requesting for proof of funds (bank statements for the last 12 months) in order for them to continue with processing my application.when i sent in my application i did send a bank statement as well as an evaluation of my families building which was under construction and has now been completed.
my confusion right now is whether an updated evaluation of the said property alone will do as most of the funds i had have been put into the completion of the said property and as such my account is not well funded.please,i would like to hear from you all and any one that has been faced with a similar situation.

If they specifically asked for a 12-month bank statement, then I think that is what you should send to them. You can then attach an updated evaluation of the said property together with a written explanation to it. They will see the cash flow in the bank statement and the property evaluation document will explain it better...... Its my own opinion though.

All the best.
