Also, since CIC has promised to speed us tins, why is Accra visa office not picking pace cos I noticed sm 2011 applicant haven't still gotten their 'ugu leaves'

I'm sorry for staying off this forum for a while.
I and my family landed in Calgary on Saturday 31 May 2014 into the
Waiting hands of Gabil, Gel and HAA. God bless them both.
The journey was smooth but very long bcos we took Egyptair. For your information
Egyptair is cheap but very long journey. I will not prescribe it for anybody
no matter how cheap.
Anyway, the landing process was very quick and fast. In just 40 minutes we are done. POF not asked. The immigration officer was very friendly.
In a nutshell, we have landed.
I pray that Accra answers everybody waiting IJNA.

Hello everybody. Am sorry for being away for such a long. I've been very busy lately. I can see a lot of positive updates have been received lately and I want to congratulate everyone who has received one update or the other and for those still waiting like me. God will answer us soon. Please is there any 2011 candidate in the house still waiting for PPR? I did my medicals in march and have not heard from accra ever since. the wait seems rather long.

As we are all waiting and claiming by faith, I hope we are equally making plans and efforts towards having a smoother integration into the Canadian society. Do we need to get any required certifications, skills, etc. Some of us are not ready to do survival jobs and yet we are not fully equipped to compete for jobs that we desire when we land. We have time now o....

YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE PROFESSIONAL BODY IN CANADA TO REALLY KNOW,

bumpy5ng, I wouldn't know where the person got the information but let me use mine as an example. My certificate is 10+ years & it neva gave me any problems. My verifications were done without any hassles.

I would advice you to put ur documents together as quickly as possible, go thru the CIC websites & put in ur applications as best as u can.

if PMP means Project management Professional, then it's not an engineering certification. Even people from the Arts complete it successfully. Google "Engineering certification in Canada" to get more information. you can also start from this site - http://www.engineerscanada.ca/frequently-asked-questions
