Hello house this is one of your runnaway brothers but I am back now. The cares of this world na him carry una brother go. Congrats on the MR's and PPR's. Those of us coming behind good news avaits us. I salute our champion member madam Ig for this forum and the remaimimg house members. I got my MR in february too but I have and additional member of the family an 8mth old boy which was not included in the initial application. I would like to know what documents to send for him in order to include him in the applicaytion so his medical request can be sent. House pls help with this info as accra didn't give any reply when I sent them a mail concerning this.
