My sister!!!!!!! Am I invited too? Don't worry this one will pass too!!! Mine was aslighly above two years too and I ot MR and PPR in two months, the longer it takes the longer time you have to prepare before landing. I tell you you would arrive Canada at God's ordained time.
It's better to stay a little longer in Naija than to stay here for one year doing nothing and being confused that's not our portion but truth is many have wasted first two to three years in this place before finally knowing what to do. I know you are not complaining cause you have enough info on how Accra works by now, but am speaking generally so that all we begin to chart out a course of action while still at home, in that way you hit the ground running once you land and don't waste years!!!!
Happy new year to us all and please preparation is key you can never over prepare for landing, learn new skill, learn to live without house helps and relatives, driver etc cause you can't afford that luxury here. Teach your kids to be independent, teach the butter kids to take initiative, discipline them now and ensure they know the value of honouring their parents, teach them your language never too late to start the might be need to talk o them in public here (Asians don't speak English to their kids at least not in public).
Above all teach them more than ever before to know and worship God, and before you finish PPR would have arrived. Lol cheers all
