Your medical request form will not show any of your passport details aside from your full name details, the only reason you have to take your valid passport for medicals is to proof your identity to the practitioner who will attend to you.
when cic request for your passport they will specify that you inform them on any changes in your initial information you filled in your form, thats when you fill and sign a new imm008 which you will take along with you on the day of your passport collection.
It's a simple things, there is noting to worry about. You can go ahead to renew your passport.

Concerning the payment to WES, is it an ATM MasterCard you are using? Which bank? Most ofnthe time GTb and First bank mastercards are most reliable.Though I think you should continue trying because network issues could affect it. All the best.

Dear Forumites,

I learnt the application for FSW May 2013 will close June 30th 2013. IS this really true? Some of my friends are also having challenges in filling the form after passing the eligibility stage, how will they proceed in submitting thier application. I advised them to apply through David Cohen inorder to avoid unnecessary mistake but David Cohen have not been responding to her.

Anybody that knows a good and reliable agent to please PM me.

What the link is saying is that the visa quotas for AVO is 1500 persons.this means nearly everybody will be attended to this year if we assumed that all Mi1 had been attended to.
