Hello and Happy new Year! We are back and also is CIC.

Yesterday the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Mr. Jason Kenney announced that this new program (that we told you about a few days ago) has officially started accepting applications.

That same day, we also found ourselves with many questions about the program. Now that the official information is on the web, we were able to answer most of them.

new Bahamain trying to immigrate to canada

Hello all< any advice would be appreciated! I would like to immigrate there from the Bahamas dont know where or whicesh program i can apply to . everything seems so complicated. I went to a US university and have a degree in Business BS. I dont seem to qualify to apply to any of the provinces help? any advice from anyone?

the first thing you should do is to check the NOC CODE,it will help in determined your level of occupation.if is in demand as per cic instruction..then visit www.cic.gc.ca for further clarification.if you are not clear you may get back to the forum for further assistance

I did medicals with my family in August 2012, I was called for a re-check. Of my medicals so I had to run extra test (liver test and psychology test). I was asked to see a psychatrist because I was diagnosed of Fatty liver. The test result had been sent to them in Paris.

We (I) have not heard anything from them since October 2012 that we did the 2nd test. The 6O days deadline for submission of the furtherance test result elapsed in December 2012. I hope no problem. I am anxoius and I can't wait to read the good news or response that I should come for my visa.

There is nothing to worry about, just take a look at the timelines of other applicants, like the post just above yours, the medical was about a month before yours, yet PR is still awaited and it will certainly come in due course. God will perfect the rest of the process for you.

Mr Busco, make you is not worries, accra office will be contacted you this year. the poepols is suspect that you is swallowing too much alcohol waters . you know that plentys alcoholic waterses is sometime cause fatty liver, and that is reason the office is march you go Yaba. the canada city government peoples is take matter of alcohol waters and gbana very serious, they is group the two togethers. but make you is not worries, you will get your PPR early for this year, exception if the Yaba peoples is write wahala somethings for report .
