Hi! I was wondering if anyone had the same oath on mAy 17 and if the file is closed already. Just curious how many days till we get closed and certificate. Thank you

They post the mail mostly in 2 days after closing. My wife's file closed on 10th and mail post marked 12th May. Depending on the person's city distance it will come in 3-6 days within in the province.
 
Hello everyone, anyone here who is encountered with or seen following status any where?

Physical: Completed
Language: Completed
Prohibition: In process
Background: Completed
Citizenship Test: Completed

did you get post email after oath? Did You send your form the same day? How long from oath to close? Thank you :)

Yes but didnt reply to that email as we sent it long before that and we didnt pay attention during end of oath.
Yes sent it to the email mentioned in invite within half an hour.
Closed on same oath day(the information in dashboard published next day).

Never get post email after oath
I sent it to the same email invite instead (Niagara) but then again no auto response from them. So not sure if they get it or not

Few Niagara office guys are confusing people. They shouldnt be telling that they will send postemail. Other offices are not doing at least not in Edmonton.
They should simply follow whats in the invite to avoid confusion.

Not all office email has auto response set up. So dont send again. Sometimes it takes more than 2 days to close. I have seen 1 week too. So no choice but wait as usual. it should be closed by today/tomorrow.
For one windsor member his/her got closed on friday even though he/she sent the form same day but my wife's application got closed on same day tuesday. So it depends on who picks up email i guess, as usual how our files are taking longer for some.

I sent an email asking to confirm receipt for the oath form because we didn’t receive anything post ceremony and the file still isn’t closed 8 days later…
