Yeah - it should be fine. I did mine on 19th Nov, marked completed on 22 November (reflected in Tracker on 24 November). Your should be following soon.

Today, I emailed the Niagara office to inquire about my and my family's oath ceremony. My husband needs to plan a work trip, and I requested information about whether we'll have the ceremony within the next month. This is the answer:
"Thank you for your email. You and your family have been scheduled for a ceremony in less than a month, you will be receiving the invitations with more information regarding the ceremony closer the scheduled date.
We advise not to make travel plans until you have attended the oath ceremony and your application has been closed.
Ensure you are monitoring your inbox and junk mail for your invitation."

Two hours after that email I received the letter with the instructions on how to download the e-certificate. The Citizenship ceremony has not not started yet.

Your timeline is exactly similar to mine the only different is that
1. I did fingerprint on October 2 and still waiting to reflect on tracker
2. The test completed on Nov 11 and reflected completed on 16 Nov.

Let's see what happens in few coming weeks
 
Has anyone received paper certificates from the Niagara office? How long did it take?
My ceremony is December 6 and I’m a little old school and prefer paper.

Just wondering if it really takes up to 4weeks or if it is faster these days.

Hi, Congratulations on movement of your file. Can you DM me the email address that you have used to send it to NGF office. I am in a similar situation, have my flights tickets booked, and would want to reschedule our oath ceremony
 
i just received an email with instructions to download my e certificate but my oath ceremony status still says "not started". did anyone else experienced something similar? also we are three people but the invitation code is same for all three of us. so one portal will let us download citizenship certificate for all three of us?

That's wicked fast, is this urgent processing?
 
Hi everyone, applied from Ottawa. Background check completed but no test invite. IRCC centre said Niagara Falls is the processing office. What do I do other than waiting?
