I m going to pass boarder from canada to usa. Only thing i need is nexus card right? I need register my vehicle if i m traveling from Mexico to us.

Take your passport too. But yeah, you don't need to register your vehicle.

I always though that for land crossings, you just need your NEXUS card. My wife has her interview this weekend to renew her NEXUS card so I'll have her ask the officers there to confirm.
