Has anyone here received a ready-for-visa email/letter under CEC where the principal applicant is inside Canada and the spouse is outside? I’m the PA and just received my email. I submitted a webform to notify IRCC that I’m in Canada and my spouse is in India. Should I wait for IRCC to send my spouse her PPR instructions, or can she go ahead and submit her passport + photos to VFS India?
