She really struggled with it and cried a lot. Having to watch her son grow up through Skype. Such a nice woman and hard worker. She didn't deserve that. She is very happy now though.

Nobody deserves to wait that long! I can't believe it! Those files on their desk are collecting dust. Like seriously!! I wonder how they work during the day! How come it's taking years!!!
