If u stick to Toronto city itself u'd be downplaying your opportunities... And if u decide to demarcate a neighborhood - u'd have a difficult settlement. Widen your reach!!! Please!

Upon landing I'd buy a car & make myself available from Markham to Pickering to Oshawa to Mississauga to Hamilton etc. And it's not about me - that's what many of my friends do... And they r employed almost imdtly.

Just my opinion, Brother...

Responsibilities
. Timely accurate data entry of customer orders, costing, receivable and payable invoices
. Maintain General Ledger accounting entries and accruals
. Issue Purchase Orders and check for accuracy of vendor invoices
. Reconciliation of bank statements and maintaining petty cash
. Assist in preparation of monthly accounting and financial statements and reports within the prescribed deadlines
. Prepare for senior management monthly results summaries and a detailed analysis of Actual vs. Budget results to identify variances and causes
. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow analysis as well as in the management and monitoring of the financial requirements
. Liaise with the Power management to ensure all requirements are met on time and budget

Qualifications
. College Diploma in Accounting/Finance
. Two years of related accounting experience
. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word and Power Point)
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Sound knowledge of accounting standards and GAAP
. Ability to work independently and as a team member while meeting the deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficiency of Mandarin and Cantonese languages is an asset.
. Understanding of general business related issues.
