so the appointment person (for urgent passport) said i will need the long form birth certificate for my baby's passport app. i dont have the long form (the long white paper), but i do have the coloured certificate with parent names/places of birth.
does this cert suffice (since it has parent names) or does it need to be the white paper commonly known as long form birth cert?
