I've found out my wife is pregnant, she is from Peru, I'm a Canadian citizen, but the baby will be born in Azerbaijan where we work. The baby is due next January, and we will plan to travel that summer, and I want to make sure I know the exact procedure in applying for a passport so we don't run into any complications. If anyone with a similar experience could tell me what they did, or if you have a link to a website with very specific steps in applying I would really appreciate it.
