Newborn outside Canada

Do I have to update my cra profile to add my child born outside Canada. My family’s application is still in process and they are not in Canada yet.

I had added my wife to my CRA account but was informed that I cannot claim anything as she was a foreign national.

Can anybody tell me what should I do?

You'll add the child once they are in Canada and living with you.
