I do not know if that is applicable to Buffalo too. I am one of those who applied after 28 Feb 2008 as an international student legally in Canada for more than two years and it is 17 months now since application received by them, no decision yet. It is just frustrating.

TOTALLY understand dude... Its REALLY Frustrating... Just imagine ppl who are waiting for last 5 years like me :'((... Its a PAIN!!!
