Does anyone know of any foreign student who's been penalized under the new study permit regulations for not attending class?

My spouse has not attended classes for about 8 months, could they still get in trouble even if they re-enroll for September? I have a SOWP based on My spouse's SP, could I be penalized even though I have no control over whether my spouse attends university?

I am currently working.

Yes, according to new CIC rules there is going to be a problem. However check the CIC website for accurate info.

People like your Spouse are the reason they implemented this kinda of rules. So YEAH!!!
