According to new rule framed by cic.. students who has more than 8 failures in his/her recent degree cannot get visa.

if this rules come into effect, i think barely any1 would even think to apply or secure a visa mainly core branch engineering students. ;D :D



If this anything told to you by agents. don't believe at all. to me also some say only 2 are accepted some 8 some 10 and some say there's no issue at all. they are all bunch of idiots

i did read no5 but it does not mention specific no of backlogs here?? correct me if i am wrong.
 
According to one of the consultant i spoke to.. Rejections starts from number 8.. Students visa is safe below 8 backlogs.. I askd him for the proof.. He showed me one mail in his inbox which was from his head office which is in canada. :o
 
as i said above never trust any consultants in this matter. most of them makes thing by themselves . I don't know from where these consultants got mail .

Yes backlogs do affect visa chances may it be 4 or 14 or 24. But a STRONG SOP is all that will save you. There are many persons i know who have got there visa despite having large number of backlogs.

What matters most is if person has completed his/her studies in regular time like b.tech in 4 years

Hi guyz. I applied for my visa on 7 august for sept 2012 intake. I got medical futhrance.10 oct I got clerance from medicals. Now i have to only submit my passport to vfs? Or i have pay full fees to thr college. Coz i have already paid my first semester fees on 8 july 2012.do ihave to do new documentaion coz they never rejected my visa they just gave me medical futhrance. Please advise
 
Hello Guys,

I am applying for PG diploma in Jan 2013 I have completed my 10 from Gujrat board n 12 from MP opet state school
also I have graduation of Bsc IT from The Global Opne university of Nagaland as the open university is UGC valid, but many people
stated that my visa will be rejected because I have a open university Degree which is not validated as per Canadian
high commission so if your all documnets are fine or financial stable.


Can you please please advise whether this is right I should not put up my file for the above reason .
