I would like to know if i apply for FSW and if the limit is over will they send the documents back to me or what they will do with that.

can we find some were wheather the limit is full or not through CIC or the embassy?

Yes if the NOC quota is filled they will return your application and there is no way you can find out how many applications CIC has received at present or at anytime,this information will be held by CIC only and they will not make it to public. Just get your docs to CIC ASAP so that you dont miss out.

Have they actually said that they will not make it public? It's been a very short time with the new rules but it seems to me that it would increase the efficiency of the system if they posted a bulletin on their website when some NOC's have reached the 1,000 cap to keep more people from applying with that NOC and having staff busy mailing their applications back.

But i havent done my IELTS and am going to do on 31st and i will be able to apply on last week of Aug the latest, do one think the limit will be full by the time.

Just apply as soon as you can and hope for the best.

Hi,
That is mean in July 01, 2011 a thousand and thousand of applications will be recived in one day. Each one will try to get his/her application on the earlist of the new year!!!
This is very bad, and Immigration ministr did not thought about this.
