new request for IMM 5562 after 15 month waiting

Hi there, my wife application seems finalized soon, now they request updated IMM5562 , I check this form has update if applicant spousal which is PR does not need to be filled in the form , this is different from the previous IMM 5562 , am I correct ?

I don't understand your question. But if they request IMM5562, you'll need to submit it. Sometimes they ask for updated, sometimes they ask if not submitted with the app (not all applicants are required to with the original app).
