Hello everyone,

AOR 17 Feb (VO RROC)
Ist email 9 July (VO Etobicoke)
2nd email 12 July
Send follow up email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca 1 September
send the second follow up email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca 8 September (received ecopr 10 min after that)
eCopr 8 September

We chose option B and upload our photos into our portals seperately. We also receievd our eCopr at the same time in two separate emails.

In the follow up emails I mentioned that I have been waiting for 50 days for eCopr and my application has also crossed the normal processing time. Also My work permit will be expired in the next month.

Current profile status:
Pr portal:
Case status in review with IRCC
In Canada deceleration is approved (from the beginning)
Address is approved
photo in review with IRCC

CIC account:
everything is approved.
Does it mean we can contact IRCC through the PR portal?

I confirmed my address and email since June then got rejected my photo then i uploaded my photo again and i haven't heard anything back from them ever since then.

Congratulations!! We also received eCOPR. Hope we will receive our Pr cards soon :)
Also I'm wondering if your EE application in the GCKey portal now turned into "Approved" status, and if you click and check the status inside, does the biometric info disappear? Wondering if anyone noticed the same.

Hi all, my PR card application has been approved and it is in the mail, as of today!
My timeline is in the signature. Thank you!
Hey @abelsamjo4 congrats!! In your GCKey account in the EE application did you notice that the biometrics information disappeared? Basically all applications (both EE and PR card application) now don’t have a biometrics details anymore. Is this the same to you? Please help confirm. Thanks!!

I received ecopr in portal 1 week after credential and then linked my pr card application. Post that I noticed biometrics number disappeared from gckey (approved pr application). Is this normal? And there is no biometrics info on or card application
The same happens to me. Not sure if this is normal. What’s your PR card application status?

@gamzoog

Linking PR Card application;

1. Login into your CIC account as you usually do.

2. Reach the page where you click "Check full application status" to view your application and messages

3. But do not click on that rather click on " Add (link) your application to your account"

4. Select the "Category" from the dropdown as "Permanent Resident Card"

5. Under Application Details, from "Please select one" select "Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and Family Name"

6. Put your UCI as it is NO SPACES and NO HYPHES

7. Put your Family Name as on you CoPR - UPPER and LOWER CASE matter here

8. The tricky one, Place of Birth Section. Here "City/town of birth" is very very crucial. Copy it as it is on your CoPR, any commas, upper/lower case, spaces, just copy it here.

9. Select your "Country/territory of birth" from the drop down

10. Next section is pretty easy as you just select your "Date you became a permanent resident" from dropdown. This is the day you did your landing by either flagpole or landing interview

11. Put "Country of Citizenship" and "Current marital status" from dropdowns.

12. Click "Search for my application", if all the inputs are correct then it will show you that the system has found your application. You just have to click Link my application to account and it will now be shown on "View the applications you submitted" page with your Permanent Residency application.
Hi, after you linked your PR card applications into GCKey account, does the EE application's biometric become blank? (Same for the PR card application as well). Would appreciate if you could confirm.
