I think it was not in focus as they wanted and had a very faint shadow. I went to Staples and got a photo taken for both me and my dependent just to be sure.

Hey, congratulations to you ! Do you mind telling if they replied to you for the webform you sent for pr card processing ? My addres and photo are in review since a month and 15 days.

Hey Raj2210, Thank you. When I put in the web form the next day my address was accepted then photo rejected. I assume if the photo was good they would both have been accepted. They replied after a week or so and said my application was in progress, but someone definitely looked at the application the next day after the web form.

Hey renu1234, my photo is still in review on the PR portal but it was accepted. I know because after about 5 days I got a GU on my PR card application in CIC and I got my card yesterday.

I uploaded my photo, declaration on the portal on June 21st, didn't get eCoPR yet.
Tried everything, calling them, sending a webform and emailing the portal team. Nothing has worked.

As each day passes, getting more frustrated

Hey buddy, not really!

I called them twice, the lady told me that all what I can do is, waiting!

I asked her if my current work permit expired, and did not receive the eCOPR, should I apply for WP extension, she said No.

She said that my PR application is approved and all what's pending on is an officer to have a look at my profile, check photo and addresses and issue the eCOPR.

Etobicoke office seems busy nowadays, so let's hope!

Please let me know if you have any updates and I will do the same

How long did your eCOPR take after receiving the PR confirmation portal credentials?

Hi @legalfalcon would you know if both the address in Canada and the ID photos uploaded in the PR Confirmation Portal are approved/rejected at the same time? Meaning, if the address is indicated approved/accepted on July 30 but the photos are still “being reviewed”, does that actually mean that the ID photos were already reviewed same time with the address and was also accepted but it is just not indicated accepted in the portal? Thank you.

The photos are evaluated after the details are entered. If the photos cannot be scanned properly you will be informed of it.

@legalfalcon I received email from portal with credentials on 29-July, unfortunately I missed the mail and I didn’t login within 7 days. Now when I am trying to login it says invalid password. Can you please suggest how should I move forward. I bit concerned now.

Je suis aou 09 décembre 2019. Et dans mes notes SMGC l'éligibilité est validée. Et ma femme et moi allons bientôt avoir un autre enfant. J'aimerais savoir si nous sommes tenus de mettre à jour notre preuve de fonds. Depuis que j'ai lu ceci : Si la composition de la famille change après la soumission de l'e-APR, le membre de la famille n'est pas soumis à l'évaluation de l'éligibilité.

Thank you @legalfalcon !! It would seem then that if ircc accepted the address provided that the photos were also accepted since the photos continue to have an “in review” status, while the address has a status of “accepted by IRCC”. Thank you again.
