Mine came through within 48 hours but all quiet since - photo still pending approval so not sure how long til PR card comes

Does it say approved or submitted?

Actually, it says "Submitted to IRCC" in green. Does this mean IRCC is reviewing the declaration still? But the other two infos, current address and photo, show they are "in review with IRCC" in blue.

It just shows a green checkmark which is obviously different from the blue clock mark on the current address and photo sections. The last two are still in review whereas the review on the declaration of my presence in Canada seems to be done already.

Just to confirm most people that are waiting for long received their emails from Virtual Landing Unit right ? It seems like that office is taking the longest to process applications

Received credentials email today! We have added the address and uploaded the photo. Hopefully will receive e-COPR soon.
