My PR card application got updated on 4th March:
"We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
My eCopr came on: 12th Feb 2021.

I just called IRCC to know status of my PR card and she said it was mailed on 3 March, you'll get someday next week.

I had submitted my photo and address proof on Jan 24 in Pr confirmation portal for new pr card and no update still on my ecopr.
Is there anyone in same boat as myself?
Also, I’m bit unsure how you guys able to figure out VO. I’m based in Oshawa and have no clue which would be my VO. Any thoughts? Thanks

when you got first email about portal, down in the email it is written which visa office , like Sincerely IRCC VO

How did you call them? I am trying to reach them for two days. Its saying we are experiencing high volume of calls and couldn't connect to an agent.

Just call back to back u will sure get connected in 3rd or 4th time.

I always call them at 8:15 AM. short wait time and guarnteed in line.

There is not timeline, I uploaded on 28th, i got mine on 12 Feb. VO Eto.
