I received my first email on 15th December and then second email for link on 15th of January but after that nothing comes. Is there any minimum time line regarding getting ecopr or approval of photograph or anything? Because ircc they said you are in queue.

If you read through this thread, you’ll see that it varies. Some get COPR in a day after photo upload, but majority are waiting for at least a month.
