Hi I got a copr letter this morning. Do I have to wait until CIC email me my sign in information for PR portal?

I got an email from CIC, sign in to my CIC account, and download new message under my application.

So in my understanding, we can mail PR photo with this letter to CIC or wait for portal invitation and upload my PR photo?

U have to mail the photo I guess. Because they create portal before they issue COPR

you have to mail photos. pr portal is not for you...
