did you contact IRCC? some ppl had portal 2 by end of Sep already received COPR
I sent out an email to them, awaiting response. Not sure what is the issue here.

PR photo, mailing address and In-Canada declaration completed on: Oct 5th, 2023
eCoRP Awaiting as of: Oct 23rd, 2023

Got my eCOPR today.
Uploaded our details on Portal 2 on 16th September. We reached out to our local MP on Monday and mailed IRCC (useon the email that they sent the login credentials with.
Not sure what worked but got it just a while back.
