Hello! I am seeking advice regarding my application for a first-time Permanent Residents Card.
In the application it asks for a copy of ALL previous passports. What if I have misplaced/lost/destroyed my old expired passport? Can I submit without this document, and if not, what should I place in it's absence? If I pay the $50.00 and it gets sent back for this reason, do I need to pay $50.00 again the next time?
Also, the application asks for photocopies of passport, licence etc. Am I correct in assuming that these DO NOT need to be certified by a notary public? It never specifies that they do in the application form however a confirmation of this would be great.
