i am in canada in june ll finish my programm live in caregiver (2 years)so i can apply for PR and open work permit , now i have work permit up to 2016 .09.01 i have problem in my family so i want to go after applying for PR or i should wait for open work permit some friends telling that i can go for 5 months without any problem ( if passport ,work permit and visa are valid) i dont know what need to do ...
 
You still need employment letter from your employer stated on your work permit that your going home and then come back..They need that too when you get exit clearance in POEA.

we were talking about that with my employer and she is agreed to write letter how i can get exit clearence in POEA what is that ..can you explain
