How can change temporary resident to permanent resident in Canada service online after getting PR card?

Apply online sin application sin will be update with in 24 hours. Then create MSCA account. When you get your permanent sin after 1 week create new myCRA account.

My wife already has a SIN number, but she needs to change her status after getting her PR card.
Do she needs to apply new SiN number or she will have to change it through MSCA account.please guide
