New Pathway Post secondary

Hello guys, this year there is a requirents for the LICP permanent residency. We need to have at least post-secondary in Canada. I am 3years nursing in Philippines and caregiving NCll holder. Can I study Personal Support Worker or PSW and apply it as post secondary in my PR? or do I need to apply for student permit and take up longer course?

I have 80 percent marks in higher secondary school and 79 percent marks in high school. Now I want to get 12 pass work visa for Canada.
