Hi to everyone,
After finding lots of job in Canada in Walmart ,Sears , Home depot , Security Companies , Hotels and Restaurant labourers , Sweeper , Cleaners, Macdonalds , Dairy Queen , Super Market , I think instead of 29 NOC category , Canada should start new category of Miscellaneous labour which will help to find out workers like Security guard , Sales Associates , Overnight Stocker , Cleaner , Food arranger or others.
So many Engineers ,Doctors ,Chartered Accountant , Petrochemicals Engineers , PHD degree holder work in Canada same work.
Canada need more of this type of workers than 29 NOC category right now. There is no connection between Government and Industry. Its totally wastage of money spent by Canada on calling Permanent residents from abroad.Some guys really go into deep thinking after reading my post , but its a reality . I am putting this post after interviewing thousands of people in Canada.Positive things are : Canada is blessed by Natural resources, huge area , Huge potable water and less partners i.e. population, Borrowed technology from America. There is no Centre for Excellence in Canada like NASA in USA , IIM in India , Engineering in Germany.
