Hello every one since around 4 months and i'm reading here in this great forum about the advises for all kind of visas to the lovely CANADA. And today I've got my chance for arriving there. I'll put my situation and I'm waiting your kind advice that will lead me to a successful visa application and positive answer.

I'm Egyptian citizen working in Saudi Arabia since 2011 April. then I left it to the UK for 5 months 2012 Dec - 2013 April
then I came back again on a new job in Saudi. after joining my new job 3.5 months (Today) my uncle who lives in Canada as a Canadian citizen offered me a job at his company and of course I accept it but as far as I know it's not that easy to get a WP. there were somethings in the checklist for a WP that makes me worry :
1- Proof of funds ( last 6 months bank statement )
2- Proof of employment ( current employment stating salary, position, duties, length of service and dates of contracts )
Reference letters from previous jobs ( which I've already without any problem )

my question is:
1- Is the visa officer's decision will take into account the short period that I've now in my new job?
2- What about the 6 months statement how much minimum I've to have and my uncle put in his LMO application that he is willing to hire me for 4 years?
3- Is it easy later on to change that WP to PR or not because I heard many case here in the forum weren't easy for them
4- Any hints or advises in the LMO application or WP application will be appreciated

My uncle will apply for the LMO after 3-4 days so still I can change anything in it

My job will be office manager and IT specialist and he owns an orthodontics center.

Waiting your advises guys and thanks for everyone over here.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1. They may consider your ties to your home country and if you are a risk of overstaying in Canada when your work permit expires. Having been in the UK and having returned to Saudi may help convince them that if you left the UK willingly, you will not overstay in Canada but they may also take into consideration that you have a close relative in Canada but no close ties in home country? You may want to write something about your family ties in your home country as well.

2. With a job offer, you are not really expected to have a huge amount, just enough to secure an apartment and survive until you start to get paid. Students are only asked to show 10,000 and that is to show that they can survive for 6 months. If you have 5,000 I think you will be fine.

3. It depends on if your job is skilled. What is the job title or NOC code your uncle is applying for? A skilled job means it's fairly easy to get PR. A low skilled job makes it hard.

4. Strong ties to home country and your job opportunites in Saudi and other countries to show that you will return when you work permit expires.

Thanks a million for both Leon and confused28
1- I just don't know what I should write down or what proofs to have for ties to home country

2- About the job that my uncle offers me is an office manager day to day and IT. He is requiring for this position a B-com as well as IT certificates and Arabic speaker because of the majority of the people that he is serving.
but regarding a NOC code I've no idea about that can you explain a little bit ?

1. you either can show land title, business permits, car under your name, bank statement, or your family (wife, kids in your country)

2. start your search on this link... http://www30.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=* you can get all the details and requirements for each position

thanx a lot confused28
but regarding land title or car under my name or bank account back home unfortunately nothing

but I'm wondering about something else...
I found a question on the application if I have any refusal from any country or Canada.? Actually I don't know what I should write down.
back Jan-2010 I got refusal for a TVR ( Temporary Visa Residence ) for a visitor visa and that was from Egypt's visa office and with a different passport.
Now I've the new passport with new number and no refusal at all on it and I'm applying from different place ( Riyadh ) so what do you think to state down the 1st refusal or not ?

if you are applying from Riyadh, then you have to show them ties to the country of your current residency which is in "Riyadh", bank statement will help or credit card statements. you really have to show that you will exit Canada once your work permit expires.

regarding your second question, i think we need senior members help for their inputs...
