What do you mean by that? from ECAS or GCKey what does it say there? Background check in process or Background check has not started? If your BGC has not started check to see if they are asking for additional information, most of the time they will proceed with BGC if you get a recommended pass in your Eligibility (via GCMS Notes)

Yes po sa VFS either Makati ot Cebu. Kung malapit lng kayo much better mag walk-in kung magsubmit kayo. I submitted mine sa VFS Makati via mail-in.

Yes, I think no appointment needed na po. Ang nka indicate lang dun sa website nila 7am to 3pm ang passport submission.

And yes, VFS Makati, mabilis lang pila just make sure she has the right size of picture.

Mali nga daw yung picture pero sabi ng anak ko binigay nman daw nya yung spec dun sa studio .
