Does anyone here know what is needed when My wife and 5 month old baby leaves the Philippines? I told her to bring the following at the port of exit. I will be accompanying them for their first travel to Canada.

Wife:

- Philippine Passport with the Visa counter foil and CFO Sticker
- GCP Certificate
- CoPR
- Secondary ID - Postal ID
- Ticket to YVR

5 month old daughter:

- Philippine Passport
- Canadian Passport
- Proof of Canadian Citizenship Certificate
- My Wife and I's Marriage Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Ticket to YVR

Does my wife need to obtain an ECC-A? I was told by BOI that my daughter does not need an exit clearance or anything as long as we bring the things I listed under my daughter.
