No. From the time they received your application and in your case Nov 24, 2017. Baka hindi nmn abutin ng almost a year yong sa inyo. But may mga apps pa from April and May 2017 na naghihintay pa rin ng Passport Request til now.

Sana nga this May or June meron na PPR. Im worried ksi we have two kids na grade school.me and my husband decided not to enroll them kasi sayang ang tuition fee that we'll be paying, one whole school yr kasi ang need bayaran if matuloy kmi.

We almost have the same timeline. Feb. 6 forwarded to MVO, April 25 pre-arrival email. I couldn’t link my account so i only check the eCAS for updates. I hope sooner or later we get an email na for PPR. Nakahold lahat ng plans ko here kasi i don’t know when they decide to send me an email. Hehe. Sana lang mabilis na

3. Nung nagsubmit po mama ko ng application, year 2015 (21 years old po ako) mag-25 na po ako this June 2018, dependent pa rin po ba ako?

Did she declared all of you an accompanying dependents or non- accompanying s applicantion ng mama mo last 2015?
Pag non- accompanying need nya mag apply ulit to sponsor you this time Hindi ka nah siguro kasama s dependents kasi you're already 25. Bale ang sunod nah sibling mo ang magiging principal applicant 21 below .

I'm not sure if there's still pre arrival thru text , better to inquire bout that pre arrival text sa Manila visa office or email them . Kasi ang pgkakaalam ko wala nh text messages from visa offices .

Normally brod dyan sa canada, check mo dito http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp?_ga=2.166013053.21486728.1526462352-1895986104.1526462352 complete guide yan. Ita-tranfer lang cya ng MVO pagna-meet mo na yung ibang requirements n hinihingi nila. Tulad ng PCC, SCHED A and Medical Exam. Sakin kasi misis ko ang ng file ng application namin dyan sa Canada. San ka dito sa pinas brod?
