You mean you are the Principal Applicant? If you are and you have accompanying dependents of no more than 5, just fill only IMM 0008. For Additional Family Information, if one of your dependents is 18 years or older, then that dependant must fill his/her own IMM 5406. If all are below 18 years old, only you should fill the said form.triune said:
