-bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio;

-bear the date the photograph was taken;

The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.

My husband is a late oct. applicant (oct. 27 to be exact) hopefully PPR in a week or so! His bday is also in a couple week that will definitely make the best present for him

In October, there were two different requests for information. One was emailed to her, and the second came by way of a phone call. She has received 4 emails letting her know about free pre arrival services fund by the Canadian government. But other than that, nothing.

As a side note, there are also 2 children included in the application which might be slowing it down somewhat. Getting kind of anxious.

Where or how do I request the case notes?
